Hair Extensions, Wigs, and Products:

A: Our SLEEK EDGES edge control lasts a minimum of 48 hours. Remember a little goes a long way so don't over do it on the product.
A: Most customers normally see results within 4 weeks of consist use. Remember to take pictures to keep track of your progress.
A: With our Raw Indian hair, not one bundle will look exactly the same, you might have 1 brown, 1 darker, 1 might even have gray hairs in it (depending on the donor).
A: Our Raw Indian hair will last indefinitely with proper care. Our Brazilian hair can last a minimum of 2 years or more with proper care. Check out our Just Hair Care Tips on maintaining your hair for longevity.

A: The textures are what's going to determine how curly, wavy, or straight your extensions are. The origins is where the hair come from (Example: Indian, Brazil, Asia, etc..) Don't worry about texture matching with your natural hair texture as a good professional stylists will be able to blend your natural hair texture in with the extensions during the styling process
A: The hair is measured in even numbers by inches when it's stretched out straight? And when curled it takes about 2-4 inches off of that length depending on how tight your curls are. See our Hair Length Chart to get an idea of your desired length.
A: Yes, just keep in mind that most curly textures will form back to it's natural state when wet. Especially Raw Indian, because it isn't processed it acts just as your natural hair would.
A: Raw Indian hair is sourced directly from donors in India. It is collected in a way that preserves the hair's natural state, including its cuticle alignment. Brazilian hair, on the other hand, is sourced from donors in Brazil and undergoes additional processing treatments.
A: Absolutely, we recommend shampooing and conditioning your hair extensions after excessive use of hair products, when they are too oily, or dirty so they start to smell, and also after going for a swim.
A: If your wig is glued or sewn down, it would be best to
sleep with it on to avoid extra maintenance. If you have our glueless wig, U-Part wig, or closure wig attached with clips then you should have no problem removing it for bed. I recommend storing the wig on a mannequin head when you
take it off.
A: The number of bundles varies based on your desired fullness. See each product description for install recommendations.
A: Yes, our hair is 100% human and can be styled with heat. Remember to treat it as your natural hair when it comes to heat.
A: Do Not use sulfate shampoos. Do Not over process with chemicals. Do Not use heavy oils ( I recommend Biosilk). Always allow hair to air dry (Do Not blow dry). Trim the ends (treat your extensions as you should
your natural hair).
A: Yes, we recommend seeking a licensed hair professional, preferably a colorist for any chemical services to avoid damaging the hair.
A: Clip-in and tape-in hair extensions are both popular methods for adding length and volume to natural hair, but they differ in terms of installation, durability, and maintenance. Clip-in extensions are individual wefts of hair with small clips attached to them. They can be easily clipped onto your natural hair without the need for any adhesive or professional assistance. On the other hand, tape-in extensions involve sandwiching a thin section of natural hair between two extension wefts, which are secured using a special adhesive tape. Tape-ins require professional installation and removal.

A: You can pick up any day between normal business hours 10am-4pm. We recommend calling the store first at 443-873-7588 before making your way. Be sure to bring your order confirmation and photo ID when picking up.
A: Yes we ship world wide! Please keep in mind that import fees/duties shipping times may vary depending on the country.
A: We offer free shipping on orders above $100. Standard shipping is $7.00, transit time 3-4 business days.
A: Ready To Ship/ In stock products ships within 24 hours. If your order includes something that is not ready to ship your whole order will ship together. If you need the Ready To Ship part of your order to ship immediately you please place a separate order for that. After placing your order and receiving confirmation, please allow up to 10 days to receive your order before reaching out. I encourage you not to book any hair appointments until the hair is physically in your hand or you receive a ready for pick up notification.
A: Just Hair by Kalli is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you are afraid your package will get lost in the mail please choose one of the shipping options, that include insurance to cover lost /stolen packages. If you choose the free shipping option, Just Hair by Kalli is not responsiblefor lost or stolen packages. The free shipping option does not come with insurance.
A: NO REFUNDS. EXCHANGE ONLY. within 3 days of delivery.
Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, we do understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns or exchanges items that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with. The product must be in condition to resell if you would like to return or exchange.
A: please reach out to us ASAP at info@justhairbykalli.com so that we could get this taken care of. If there is a mistake on our end we will happily accept the items back in its original state in return for your correct order within 3 days of receiving your order.
A: After an order is placed, it can be edited by adding items, removing items, or adjusting item quantities. If a customer wants to change an item or if you need to add or remove an item. For example, a customer might want to change the size, or quantity of an item on their order. The total cost of an order is updated as the order is edited. If the cost of the order changes, then you will be charged or refunded the cost difference. Orders that have local delivery as the shipping method can’t be edited.
